Ever feel like you need a reset? Need to purge any blocks or dis-ease? Join KathrynR and AprilK in a Sound Healing Detox experience. This is a yearlong series of 6 classes designed to help you gently let go of what is not serving you. (Pair it with our new Tarot series for an all-around experience of letting go and replacing it with something that enriches and supports you). We'll talk about those everyday things that can throw us off balance, external and internal, and how to find healthier ways to cope. You will learn easy ways to release stress through movement, and breath-work. We will finish each session with a soothing sound healing experience: think: relaxing sounds +,gentle energy work + crystals all working in harmony to help you feel more centered and at peace.
