Overview of the SAWW Training Program. OSHA regulations and requirements. Sessions on body mechanics, personal protective equipment, necessary tools, saws, tree felling, and limbing, bucking, and topping.

• Chaps and helmet (students may borrow instructors at no charge) 
• Proper footwear (ie steel-toe work boots) 
• Pack a lunch 
• If you have a chainsaw bring it, the instructor will lend you one if you do not own one
