8:00AM- 4:00PM Rain or shine!

Level 2 will cover level one review, maintenance, hands-on filing, carburetor adjustment, limbing techniques, precision felling assessment, and precision at the stump, including notching, hinge, species differences, and terrain. Felling practice.

What to Bring: 

  • Chaps and helmet (students may borrow instructors at no charge) 
  • Proper footwear (ie steel-toe work boots) 
  • Pack a lunch 
  • If you have a chainsaw bring it, the instructor will lend you one if you do not own one
