🌈 Explore your Chakras with April K during adventure through your energy centers, physically and energetically. ☁️✨ ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍 We'll chat about the chakra system and each chakra individually. We'll open each session learning about one chakra and talking about how that applies to our lives directly. Many other tidbits will be addressed including the best crystal to use for each Chakra. Each guest will receive a FREE crystal at every class. Then we'll go through a yoga class with asanas (poses) that help activate and clear each chakra center. You will leave with a greater understanding of each chakra and have some great asanas to go home with and use in your daily practice, working with your chakras 🌈
