Full Moon in Gemini Sound Bath: The full moon is a time to celebrate what has already become, to appreciate what we have achieved during this lunar cycle and for all that the Universe has provided us with since the last full moon. Because this full moon is in Gemini, the energy opens up in a way that allows us to release anything no longer serving us in order to use what we have achieved during the lunar cycle. The gift of this Gemini full moon is to help us expand our consciousness in order to assimilate what the Universe has gifted us. We will focus on setting intentions for the upcoming year during our time together. Research into intention demonstrates that the power of intention, focused will, may have some effect. Scientific evidence suggests that the intention is more effective when one is more coherent or clearer. This session will cover the work of Lynne McTaggart and her book The Intention Experiment, as well as how intention setting works, the research behind it, the difference between setting an intention based on essence versus based on form and the 'formula' for doing your personal intention work.
