Description
This class will provide both sleep hygiene tips and suggestions, as well as a discussion of herbal allies that can help address sleep disturbance from a variety of issues. We will discuss easily accessible plants, how to take them as herbal teas or tinctures, and what format may be the most helpful to improve sleep. Participants will receive handouts with short monographs of the herbs discussed, as well as a handout with resources to research further and a list of several places to source your herbs.
