Seno K/RLT Conservancy is thrilled to be hosting a maple sugaring family program for a fourth year! Learn the traditions of maple sugaring that have been part of Wisconsin’s history for many centuries. This program leads you through the process of making maple syrup and the rich Native American history behind this tradition. Participants will learn tree identification, how to properly tap a maple tree, the process of sap-to-syrup, and the traditional sugaring techniques, ending with storytelling around a fire. This program is great for all ages!
