We are looking for summers-only Facility Managers for our 2027 season and beyond! This position will begin in May and extend through August. You will apply your management skills to supervise a rotating team of employees across a variety of functions to coordinate daily facility operations. About Us:

We are a non-profit outdoor aquatic center originally founded in 1966. The  Burlington Community Pool Board is a board of local volunteers who manage and operate the pool at no recurring cost to local taxpayers. In 2018, we opened our new facility complete with a zero-depth entry activity pool, lap pool, diving well, 3 thrilling waterslides, locker rooms, and an extensive concession stand. We have grown to employ over 90 employees and serve thousands of patrons per year. We offer an engaging, fun, flexible, and inclusive employment environment for employees of all ages and experience levels!

About the Job:

Pay: $17-20/hour             Hours: Up to 40 Hours/Week (Flexible)           Days: Flex

Duties: Managing a daily team of 20-25 employees; customer service; employee discipline; opening/closing the facility; balancing pool chemicals; training employees; and other duties as assigned. 

Desired Qualifications:

-Over 18 years of age

-Flexibility in scheduling (Especially for afternoons/nights and weekends)

-Ability to potentially return beyond the 2027 season

-Experience working with students is a plus!

-Any aquatics or facility management experience is a plus!
