Front Desk Receptionist in an extremely busy orthopedic practice. This position will train at our Kenosha office. Once training is complete, the primary location of this Front Desk Receptionist will be in Burlington. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 

Duties include, but not limited to: open and close office, check in/out all patients, assist patients, take messages from patients for clinical staff, take patient payments, schedule appointments, data entry.

Experience:

As a Medical Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Your core skills in medical office experience and patient service will be essential in managing appointments, handling medical records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual communication will enhance patient interactions. With a focus on HIPAA compliance and familiarity with EHR systems, you will contribute to a professional and welcoming environment for all patients.
