ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Operations Team Lead, you will oversee the daily flow of donated goods - from intake and sorting to fulfillment and team coordination. You'll lead a dynamic group of employees and volunteers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with our mission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and knows how to bring out the best in people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Supervise and support staff in donation intake, sorting, and warehouse operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of goods for resale and redistribution
  • Monitor inventory flow and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency
  • Train, coach, and schedule team members to meet operational goals
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with organizational policies
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with program funding goals
  • Troubleshoot daily challenges and make quick, informed decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations supervision
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance in a hands-on environment
  • Strong decision-making skills under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to the mission and values of our Nonprofit work
  • Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software a plus
