Experience / Qualifications: 
*Shipping experience with a food manufacturer with a freezer environment preferred.
*Basic computer skills:  MS Office & Excel
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Seeking candidate that is flexible & a strong team player
*Must be detailed and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
*Scheduling trucks, communication with multiple departments, sending EDI for customers, printing shipping labels, knowledge of customer shipping requirements and follow up with team
*Assist with handling cold storage transfers, and training new staff as they come in to be knowledgeable of the freezer, trucks, dock, product, paperwork handling, and forklifts.
*Report discrepancies to customer service and management
*Maintain a safe environment for product and staff operations within the shipping dock and freezer. Assist with enforcing efficient timing of loading trucks.
*Handle BOL and pick slip maintenance.

Echo Lake has created new egg products for customers for decades, from breakfast entrees to main dishes.  Products are used in school systems, hotels, health care and correctional facilities and restaurants.
